Strathberry offers a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging, ensuring a seamless experience for our global customers. Please note that personalized or embossed products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid DHL return label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized DHL service point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt at our workshop.
